The Breeze Motel

In November 2022 we purchased a 50 year old 9 bedroom oceanfront motel with another couple (Jeff & Victoria) and spent the winter of 2022/2023 completely renovating it. Our doors opened early June 2023 and we are happily hosting tourists and locals alike in the beautiful historic Grand Pre, Nova Scotia. We continue to dream up what’s more for The Breeze and have so many cool things up our sleeves for the future of this property.

The old Paramount Theatre in the heart of Kentville, Nova Scotia has captured Noelle’s heart. Seeing the underuse and untapped potential excites her to no end. Seeing the possibilities that will ensue not only for the building but for the wider Kentville community is exactly why she does what she does. This building is owned by Valley Gate Vineyard where Noelle & Micah sit on the Leadership Team.

The exterior upgrades are set to begin May 2024.

Nordic SPA Getaway

Noelle & Micah recently sold their cottage in Baxter’s Harbour, which broke their hearts a little. When their former clients and friends started building Saltair Nordic Spa & Wellness in the area, they longed to still be there. With their close friends Mike & Carrie, a realtor/contractor combo, approach them with purchasing the neighbouring lot to the spa, there was no turning back. This will be Micah & Noelle’s first development project.
